The invention belongs to the field of buildings, and particularly relates to a building concrete cast-in-place device which comprises a pipe head. A lantern ring is arranged on the side wall of the tube head; the bottom end of the lantern ring is fixedly connected with two sets of connecting rods which are located on the two sides of the lantern ring correspondingly. Two vibrating rods are fixed to the bottom end of a lantern ring, when concrete is poured from the bottom end of a pipe head, the vibrating rods can vibrate the poured concrete, the compactness of the interior of the concrete is improved, a sliding rod slides in a rotating rod to limit and adjust the holding distance of the side wall of the pipe head, and the pipe head is driven to be poured by holding the holding rod; and the sleeve ring slides on the inner side wall of the pipe head to drive the two sets of vibrating rods to adjust the lifting height at the same time, and pouring can be conveniently conducted according to different mold heights.
