The integrated piston force-adjustable floor spring comprises a rotating shaft module and a compression module, the rotating shaft module is provided with a cam, the distance between the side, close to the compression module, of the cam and the axis of the cam is larger than the distance between the side, away from the compression module, of the cam and the axis of the cam, and the compression module is provided with a pressure cavity; a force adjusting module is arranged on the side, away from the rotating shaft module, of the pressure cavity, a piston is arranged on the side, close to the rotating shaft module, of the compression module, and a spring is arranged between the piston and the force adjusting module. The purposes of postposition of the pressure cavity and cylinder explosion prevention are achieved.
本发明提出一种一体式活塞可调力型地弹簧，包括转轴模块和压缩模块，所述转轴模块设有凸轮，所述凸轮靠近所述压缩模块一侧距离凸轮轴心的距离大于所述凸轮远离所述压缩模块一侧距离凸轮轴心的距离，所述压缩模块设有压力腔，所述压力腔远离所述转轴模块一侧设有调力模块，所述压缩模块靠近所述转轴模块一侧设有活塞，所述活塞与所述调力模块之间设有弹簧。本发明实现了压力腔后置，防止爆缸的目的。
