A window is defined on the inner side of the frame; the air outlet structure is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the window; the air return structure is arranged on the inner wall of the other side of the window, the air outlet structure and the air return structure are oppositely arranged so that airflow blown out of the air outlet structure can flow in through the air return structure, and an isolation air curtain is formed between the air outlet structure and the air return structure. In the application, the infection risk of the sampling staff can be reduced, the working efficiency of sampling is improved, and the difficulty of sampling work is reduced. The invention further discloses a sampling cabin.
