The mounting frame is arranged on the overhead working truck, and a ladder climbing port is formed in one side; the rotating body has a ladder climbing state and a protection state relative to the mounting frame, and the rotating body comprises a main frame body, a pedal ladder and a protective fence. The pedal ladder and the protective fence are both arranged on the main frame body, and the main frame body is rotationally arranged on the mounting frame. When the main frame body rotates to a ladder climbing state, the pedal surface of the pedal ladder faces upwards, and the main frame body drives the protective fence to rotate to the lower side of the mounting frame so as to avoid the ladder climbing port; and when the main frame body rotates to a protection state, the main frame body drives the protective fence to rotate to one side of the mounting frame so as to block the ladder climbing opening.
