The invention provides a cement production method using bentonite waste ore as a mixed material, which comprises the following steps: mixing limestone and a mixed material, adding into water, carrying out wet grinding, filtering and dehydrating, drying a filter cake, and re-grinding to obtain a cement raw material; calcining the cement raw material to obtain cement clinker; mixing the cement clinker, the granulated blast furnace slag, a grinding aid and gypsum, and grinding to obtain the environment-friendly cement. The environment-friendly cement obtained by the cement production method disclosed by the invention has excellent mechanical properties such as compressive strength, breaking strength and the like and anti-cracking performance.
