The invention discloses a modified lignin dispersant material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The lignin dispersant material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass through polymerization reaction: 35-350 parts of acid, 36-500 parts of lignin, 90-360 parts of aniline and 22.8-456 parts of ammonium persulfate. The modified lignin dispersing agent is simple in preparation process and low in cost, the dispersity of a cement-based material system can be effectively improved, the delayed coagulation effect of a lignin water reducing agent on a cement-based material is greatly relieved while the fluidity of fresh slurry is improved, the early strength of the cement-based material is improved, and the cement-based material has a good application prospect. And moreover, the chloride ion erosion resistance of the cement-based material is effectively improved, and the durability and safety of the cement-based material are improved.
本发明公开了一种改性木质素分散剂材料及其制备方法和应用,该木质素分散剂材料包括以下质量份原料:酸35‑350份、木质素36‑500份、苯胺90‑360份、过硫酸铵22.8‑456份聚合反应而成。该改性木质素分散剂制备工艺简单、成本低廉,可以有效提高水泥基材料体系的分散性,在提高其新鲜浆体的流动度的同时大大减缓了木质素减水剂对于水泥基材料的缓凝作用,使得水泥基材料早期强度有所提高,并且有效提高了水泥基材料抵抗氯离子侵蚀的能力,提高水泥基材料的耐久性和安全性。
