The invention provides an anti-segregation agent for concrete and a preparation method thereof.The anti-segregation agent is prepared from, by weight, 2-4 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 1-3 parts of thickening agent, 5-7 parts of coagulant, 1-2 parts of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 25-30 parts of water, the thickening agent is one or more of xanthan gum, guar gum and maltodextrin, and the coagulant is one or more of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate. The coagulant is one or more of anhydrous sodium sulphate, calcium nitrite and sodium bicarbonate. The anti-segregation agent disclosed by the invention solves the problems of concrete strength reduction, segregation, bleeding and the like.
