The invention provides an instant pulling type prestress anchoring structure for supporting and an anchoring method for supporting. A prestress anchor rod is obliquely arranged, a bearing plate is arranged at one end of the prestress anchor rod, and the other end of the prestress anchor rod sequentially penetrates through a supporting pile, a steel pedestal and a steel waist beam and is locked on the steel waist beam through an anchorage device; a spiral blade is arranged on the outer side wall of the anchoring section and sleeves the pre-stressed anchor rod, one end of the anchoring section is clamped on the bearing plate, and the other end of the anchoring section is connected to one end of the connecting section; the prestressed anchor rod is sleeved with the connecting section, and the other end of the connecting section abuts against one side wall of the supporting pile. The steel pedestal is mounted on the other side wall of the support pile; and the steel waist beam is mounted on the steel pedestal. According to the device and method, grouting maintenance is avoided, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency can be improved; the length of the pre-stressed anchor rod can be effectively shortened by adjusting the sizes of the spiral blades of the anchoring sections, the occupied area of foundation pit supporting is reduced, meanwhile, after a foundation pit is used, all used devices can be recycled, and the method is environmentally friendly.
