The invention discloses a chassis device and a pile planting machine, and the chassis device comprises a front frame which is provided with a front walking device; the rear frame is provided with a rear walking device and is connected with the front frame through a connecting rod; the sliding frame is slidably arranged on the connecting rod, a power device is connected between at least one of the front frame and the rear frame and the sliding frame, and the power device is used for driving the sliding frame to slide relative to the connecting rod; the front frame, the rear frame and the sliding frame are all provided with clamping devices. The chassis device can walk at the top end of a pile and run on a road, when the pile planting machine is installed on the chassis device, the pile planting machine has the functions of walking at the top end and running on the road, compared with the prior art, external conveying equipment for conveying the pile planting machine is not needed, the chassis device is particularly suitable for a site with a small construction area, and much convenience is brought to construction.
