The invention relates to an old building outer wall repairing construction technology which is suitable for repairing an outer wall with the falling and hollowing area smaller than four square meters of an old building outer wall, and comprises the following steps: S1, measuring the area of the hollowing and falling outer wall through one or more of the following methods: a, a scale measurement method; b, an infrared imaging method; s2, the minimum rectangle is determined according to the hollowing shape determined in the S1, and on the basis of the minimum rectangle, a rectangle with the edges expanded outwards by 5-15 cm serves as a repairing area; s3, the outer wall of the repairing area is shoveled to a wall brick base layer, and residual attachment in the area which cannot be shoveled is polished and removed; s4, cement mortar is brushed, the vertical sheet-shaped grids are semi-embedded into the mortar surface layer, and the brushing thickness of the cement mortar is kept the same as that of the original building; s5, an interface agent is brushed to fill the grids; and S6, exterior wall coating or putty is brushed. Through the arrangement, the connection strength of the falling area can be improved, the repairing effect is better, and falling is avoided.
本发明涉及一种老旧建筑外墙修复施工工艺,该工艺适用于修复老旧建筑外墙脱落、空鼓面积小于四平米的外墙,包括如下步骤:S1:测定空鼓、脱落的外墙面积,通过以下办法中的一种或多种测定:a、标尺测量法;b、红外成像法;S2:以S1所确定空鼓形状确定最小矩形,在最小矩形的基础上将各边向外扩展5‑15cm的矩形作为修复区域;S3:将修复区域的外墙铲除至墙体砖基层,对无法铲除干净区域的剩余附着进行打磨去除;S4:涂刷水泥砂浆,将立式片状网格半嵌入砂浆面层,水泥砂浆涂刷厚度保持与原建筑物相同;S5:涂刷界面剂填满网格;S6:涂刷外墙涂料或腻子。通过上述设置,能够增加脱落区域的连接强度,修复效果更好,避免脱落。
