The double-pawl mechanism comprises a shell, a clamping plate connected to the shell through a first rotating shaft and a double-pawl assembly connected to the shell. The double-pawl assembly comprises a first pawl, a main pawl and an auxiliary pawl, the first pawl is rotationally connected to the shell through a first supporting column, the main pawl is rotationally connected to the shell through a second rotating shaft, and the auxiliary pawl is rotationally connected to the shell through a second supporting column; the releasing unit comprises a releasing rod, and the releasing rod is rotationally connected to the shell through a second rotating shaft and can rotate in the axial direction of the second rotating shaft to sequentially drive the auxiliary pawl, the first pawl and the main pawl to rotate, so that the clamping plate is unlocked, and the clamping plate is opened; when the clamping plate is closed, the clamping plate rotates in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft, and the first pawl, the main pawl and the auxiliary pawl rotate through the elastic assembly and lock the clamping plate.
