The invention provides a hydraulic vibration hammer which comprises an outer cylinder, a connecting plate, a mounting frame and a gear box, the connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder, the gear box is fixedly connected with the mounting frame, and the mounting frame is connected with the connecting plate through damping rubber. The problem that the hydraulic vibration hammer cannot transmit torque is solved through the structure of the mounting frame, and when the hydraulic vibration hammer rotates, the connecting plate and the mounting frame are matched, and when the hydraulic vibration hammer rotates, the connecting plate extrudes the damping rubber and transmits pressure to the mounting frame, so that the mounting frame rotates. Therefore, the hydraulic vibration hammer can generate excitation force and rotate at the same time.
