The invention discloses a deep self-denitration cement clinker calcining system and process with an online reduction furnace, the system comprises the online reduction furnace, the online reduction furnace is located between a kiln tail smoke chamber and a decomposing furnace, the online reduction furnace is provided with a raw material feeding point I and a fuel feeding point, the raw material feeding point I is located at the lower part of the online reduction furnace, and the fuel feeding point I is located at the lower part of the decomposing furnace; the fuel feeding point is positioned below the raw material feeding point I; the height of the online reduction furnace is greater than 10m; the tertiary air lower branch pipe is connected with the lower part of the online reduction furnace, the tertiary air upper branch pipe is connected with the lower part of the decomposition furnace, and a raw material feeding point II is arranged at an inlet of the tertiary air upper branch pipe; a bottom outlet of the penultimate-stage cyclone is respectively connected with a raw material feeding point I and a raw material feeding point II; and a combined gradient combustion environment of a strong oxygen-poor area and an oxygen-rich burnout area is formed in the online reduction furnace and the decomposing furnace. According to the invention, the height limit of a raw material feeding point is broken through, the denitration time of a strong oxygen-poor area is prolonged, the self-denitration efficiency is improved, and the raw material is fully decomposed.
