The present invention relates to a malodor blocking device for a sewer, comprising: a plate formed in a plate shape so as to be placed on the upper part of a sewer inspection well, and having a through-hole formed in the center thereof; a drain pipe which is connected to the through hole through the lower part of the plate, is bent in the side direction at the lower part, and has a beveled end part; and a shield film connected to an end portion of the drain pipe by a hinge, the shield film being opened by rainwater or sewage discharged from the drain pipe, or being closed by load. With this configuration, the present invention is provided with a drain pipe for guiding rainwater, and a shielding film provided at an end of the drain pipe, which is opened by rainwater or closed by load, thereby blocking not only odor generated from a sewer but also insects entering through the sewer.
