Alkali-activated grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention aims to provide an alkali-activated grouting material and a preparation method thereof in order to solve the problems of an existing grouting material taking steel slag, mineral slag and straw ash as materials. The grouting material consists of a solid raw material, water and an alkaline activator, the solid raw material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-15% of straw ash, 35-50% of steel slag and 40-55% of mineral slag; the addition amount of the water is 35wt%-39wt% of the solid raw materials; the alkaline exciting agent is 1-1.4 molds of water glass, and the adding amount of the alkaline exciting agent is 10-15 wt% of the solid raw materials. The grouting material has the advantages of high strength, high fluidity, short setting time, controllability and the like, waste straw ash and steel slag can be fully utilized, environmental pollution and resource waste caused by stockpiling of steel slag waste are reduced, the straw waste can be effectively utilized, and the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by stockpiling of the steel slag waste are reduced. Meanwhile, the source of grouting materials is solved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明的目的是针对于现有以钢渣、矿渣、秸秆灰为材料的注浆材料存在的问题,提供一种碱激发注浆材料及其制备方法。本发明注浆材料,由固体原料,水和碱性激发剂组成;固体原料由以下各原料的质量百分比组成:秸秆灰5%‑15%,钢渣35%‑50%,矿渣40%‑55%;水的加入量为固体原料的35wt%‑39wt%;碱性激发剂为1‑1.4模的水玻璃,加入量为固体原料的10wt%‑15wt%。本发明的注浆材料具有强度较高、流动性较大、凝结时间较短且可以调控等优点,不仅可以充分利用废弃的秸秆灰和钢渣,减轻钢渣废弃物堆存造成的环境污染和资源浪费,而且可以有效利用秸秆废弃物,同时解决注浆材料的来源和降低了成本。
