The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete premixes, and particularly relates to a steam curing-free ultra-high performance concrete premix for municipal bridges, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 60 to 70 parts of cement, 16 to 26 parts of mineral admixture, 10 to 16 parts of coarse aggregate, 20 to 30 parts of fine aggregate and 8 to 10 parts of aqueous alkali. 12-17 parts of an organic permeable component; 5-9 parts of a hydration catalyst component; the organic bentonite is added into the emulsified asphalt, the organic permeable component, the hydration catalyst component and the inorganic permeable component are added into the base material, and the organic permeable component and the inorganic permeable component are interwoven with each other, so that two component crystals have certain flexibility and are quick and more in crystallization, and the compactness of the concrete is further improved; according to the present invention, the hydration catalyst component is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, such that the hydration catalyst component can achieve the good strength under the steam curing-free construction condition so as to provide the good permeation environment for the organic permeation component and the inorganic permeation component, and the hydration accelerating effect on the calcium ion complexation is achieved.
