Preparation and application of high-adsorbability machine-made sand concrete
The invention discloses preparation of high-adsorbability machine-made sand concrete, which comprises the following steps: A, crushing high-adsorbability gneiss and diatomite through a jaw crusher, and screening the crushed particles through a continuous screening device to obtain coarse aggregate with the particle size of less than 15mm for later use; b, further crushing the crushed and screened gneiss and diatomite with particles smaller than 15mm for later use; c, uniformly mixing gneiss and diatomaceous earth according to the ratio of 1: 1 and the particle size of less than 15mm for later use, and uniformly mixing gneiss and diatomaceous earth according to the ratio of 1: 1 and the particle size of less than 5mm for later use; and D, adding gneiss, diatomite, ardealite, cement, water and an additive into a mixing device, uniformly mixing, and then carrying out pouring, molding, demolding and standard curing to prepare the high-adsorbability concrete. The high-adsorbability coarse aggregate and the high-adsorbability fine aggregate are added into the concrete raw materials, so that the adsorption force between the concrete raw materials is increased, and the adsorbability of the concrete is improved.
