Deepwater prefabricated assembled bridge substructure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a deepwater prefabricated assembled bridge substructure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a caisson foundation, a steel pipe pile, a bent cap, a first bridge pier section, a second bridge pier section and a guide assembly. Firstly, the caisson foundation is placed on the foundation reinforced by the underwater steel pipe piles, then the hollow bridge pier sections with the bridge pier bases are inserted into the mounting grooves of the caisson foundation, underwater grouting materials are poured into the gaps, and the guide assemblies are adopted so that the work of inserting the bridge piers with the large underwater construction difficulty into the caisson foundation can be easier; i-shaped steel and positioning rings are arranged in the ends of the pier sections, the next pier section can be conveniently in place through the positioning rings until the pier sections stretch out of the water surface to reach the designed elevation, water in the hollow pier is pumped, and the I-shaped steel is welded in the pier to complete connection of the underwater pier. A method is provided and conditions are created for construction of the deepwater prefabricated assembled bridge substructure, connection is reliable, the construction precision requirement is low, and underwater operation is convenient.
本发明是一种深水预制拼装桥梁下部结构及其施工方法,结构包括沉箱基础、钢管桩、盖梁、第一桥墩节段、第二桥墩节段和导向组件。首先将沉箱基础放置于水下钢管桩加固后的地基上,然后将带有桥墩底座的空心桥墩节段插入沉箱基础的安装槽中,对缝隙灌入水下灌浆料,采用导向组件可使水下施工难度较大的桥墩插入沉箱基础的工作更加容易,桥墩节段端部内置工字钢和定位环,通过定位环方便下一桥墩节段就位,直至桥墩节段伸出水面到达设计高程,抽取空心桥墩中的水,在桥墩内对工字钢进行焊接完成水下桥墩的连接。本发明为深水预制拼装桥梁下部结构的施工提供方法并创造条件,连接可靠,施工精度要求低,水下操作方便。
