The invention relates to a steel pipe arch hoisting method, which adopts double cranes with large hoisting capacity difference for hoisting, realizes smooth hoisting of a project, and avoids the problem of crane overturning caused by non-uniform stress of the double cranes. The splicing surfaces of the arch ribs are calibrated, and the up-down and left-right specific positions of the joints of the arch ribs are determined, so that rapid centering of splicing weld joint sections is guaranteed, and rapid and efficient organization and installation are guaranteed; for single-end fixing, a total station is adopted for tracking measurement, the total station is directly erected at the center line of a single arch rib, the single-end fixing precision of the arch rib is accurately controlled, meanwhile, the plane position of the arch rib is rechecked through a radiation piece reserved at the top of a support in the early stage and an arch rib center line marking line, fine adjustment is conducted through a jack, and after the position is determined, the arch rib is accurately fixed. And the cushion block at the lower part of the arch rib is directly fixed with the bracket, so that not only can the lofting precision be improved, but also personal errors caused by erecting the prism at high altitude by personnel are avoided.
本发明涉及一种钢管拱吊装方法,采用双台起重量差别较大的吊车进行起吊,实现了工程的顺利吊装,避免了双台起吊因受力不均而产生的吊车倾覆问题;对拱肋的拼接面进行标定,确定出拱肋接缝处的上下左右具体位置,这样保证的拼接焊缝段的快速对中,保证了快速、高效的组织安装;对于单端的固定,采用全站以进行跟踪测量,全站仪直接架设在单个拱肋的中心线处,精确控制拱肋的单端固定精度,同时通过前期预留在支架顶部的放射片、拱肋中线标识线对拱肋的平面位置进行复核,再通过千斤顶进行精调,确定位置后,直接将拱肋下部垫块与支架固定,不但能提高放样的精度,也避免了因人员在高空架立棱镜而产生的人为误差。
