本发明所设计的一种可复用的渣土消纳场建设及循环利用方法中的挡土坝为带竖向完全隔离施工缝的重力坝,施工缝可以确保各坝块之间相互独立,在复用阶段减少破拆施工难度,提高渣土复用的费效比,提高经济效益;重力坝可以保证在某坝块破拆后,相邻坝块仍然能够保持自身稳定,确保复用工程的安全。场地内的塘渣堆填体具有自稳的特点,渣土消纳阶段可以保证形成分隔网格,合理划分渣土消纳的区块,方便现场消纳工作的施工组织;复用阶段则起到了隔离保护的作用,围挡暂不利用区块的渣土,保证取土作业的安全。该方案中的加工厂房设置于消纳场内,可以利用消纳场本身作为翻晒场地、加工场地,减少了土地的占用。
