Anti-floating anchor rod construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of an anti-floating anchor rod. Comprising the steps of paying-off positioning, vibration drilling, anchor rod steel bar hoisting and placing, vibration grouting, maintenance, detection and acceptance. A vibration drilling machine is adopted to conduct rotary drilling operation through a long spiral drill rod, plain filling soil and the like brought out by rotation of the long spiral drill rod in the drilling process are discharged out of a hole along with vibration of a vibration hammer of the drilling machine, hole bottom reverse grouting is adopted, a grouting pipe is fixed in a steel sleeve, the upper end of the steel sleeve is connected with the vibration hammer, the steel sleeve is inserted into the position 400 mm above the bottom of the anchor hole, and the anchor hole is formed. And the steel sleeve is slowly lifted during grouting until the slurry material emerges from the foundation slab. According to the construction method, a retaining wall PVC pipe does not need to be lowered, graded broken stone does not need to be poured, and the construction cost is effectively saved; the anchor rod is lowered synchronously through vibration drilling and full casing follow-up, and finally, the sleeve is lifted while grouting is conducted, so that the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved; and vibration grouting is adopted, so that the formed grouting body is dense in texture, and cracks and slurry shrinkage are effectively avoided.
