The invention relates to a split mounting type precast concrete foundation which comprises a first edge concrete precast block, a second edge concrete precast block and at least one middle concrete precast block located between the first edge concrete precast block and the second edge concrete precast block during use. At least one middle concrete precast block is a foundation concrete precast block with the upper end provided with a precast supporting column or a reserved joint bar, and shear keys and shear key groove structures which are matched in a concave-convex mode are arranged between the adjacent side faces of the adjacent concrete precast blocks. The split mounting type precast concrete foundation further comprises a plurality of prestressed tendons connected between the concrete precast blocks in a penetrating mode in the arrangement direction of the concrete precast blocks, and the two ends of the prestressed tendons are fixedly connected with the concrete precast blocks on the corresponding edges through fixing structures respectively. The technical problem that a cast-in-place structure is adopted for an existing concrete foundation, and a construction site is prone to being polluted is solved.
