The invention discloses a rainwater and sewage diversion transformation method for a combined-system community. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, investigating the condition of a building riser of a community, and if rainwater and sewage are shunted from the building riser, not treating; otherwise, taking measures of newly building a sewage or rainwater vertical pipe according to the current situation; then, a novel unpowered storage septic tank is arranged before the current/newly-built sewage vertical pipe is connected into a confluence pipeline in the current community; and finally, an intercepting well is arranged at the position where the confluence pipeline in the current community is connected to the municipal pipeline, an intercepting pipeline of the intercepting well is connected to a municipal sewage pipeline outside the community, and an overflow pipeline of the intercepting well is connected to a municipal rainwater pipeline outside the community. The device has the advantages that sewage enters a sewage system in sunny days, rainwater and sewage peak shifting separation is achieved through unpowered regulation and control measures in rainy days, the transformation and operation cost is low, construction is fast, and the flow dividing effect is good.
