According to the building water supply and drainage combined pipeline, a middle cavity is formed in the middle section of a water inlet pipeline in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the water inlet pipeline is connected with a main drainage pipe in a penetrating mode; the emergency drain pipe is located right above the main drain pipe, and an emergency one-way communicating pipe is communicated between one end of the emergency drain pipe and the joint of the main drain pipe and the water inlet pipeline; the spacing cavities are located on the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the middle cavity, a built-in lifting plate is movably installed in the middle cavity, and a suspension bag is fixed to the outer wall of the built-in lifting plate; and the one-way valve is mounted at the communication part of the other end of the emergency drainage pipe and the main drainage pipe. According to the building water supply and drainage combined pipeline, when the water amount is overloaded, the quick drainage component can be started through buoyancy of water, water flow drainage is achieved, independent closing treatment of the quick drainage component is conducted in the conventional use state, and insect pests and germ reproduction pollution are prevented.
