The invention discloses a disassembly-free composite heat preservation outer formwork and a machining method and application thereof. The outer formwork comprises a thin-face composite layer (made of interface mortar or flexible anti-crack mortar), a core material plate and a thick-face composite layer (made of inorganic heat preservation particle mortar) which are sequentially arranged and connected into a whole. First alkali-resisting gridding cloth parallel to the core material plate is embedded in the thin-surface composite layer; a plane steel wire net frame, a steel wire net piece and second alkali-resisting gridding cloth (double layers) which are parallel to the core material plate are embedded in the thick-surface composite layer, inserting wires are connected to the plane steel wire net frame, the inserting wires penetrate through the core material plate and the thin-surface composite layer and then penetrate out of the thin-surface composite layer, and the free ends of the inserting wires are T-shaped or Y-shaped; groove structures (T-shaped or Y-shaped) and protruding structures which are matched with each other are arranged on the two faces of the core material plate, and the concave-convex structures improve the bonding strength of the whole structure. The external formwork is reasonable in structural design, good in heat preservation performance, low in cost, good in strength/rigidity/durability and convenient to construct in the later period, and the service life of the external formwork is the same as that of a building.
本发明公开了一种免拆复合保温外模板、其加工方法及其应用,外模板包括依次排列且连成一体的薄面复合层(材质为界面砂浆或柔性抗裂砂浆)、芯材板和厚面复合层(材质为无机保温颗粒砂浆);薄面复合层内嵌有与芯材板平行的第一耐碱网格布;厚面复合层内嵌有均与芯材板平行的平面钢丝网架和钢丝网片、第二耐碱网格布(双层),平面钢丝网架上连接有插丝,插丝穿透芯材板、薄面复合层后穿出薄面复合层,插丝的自由端为T形或Y形;芯材板的两面设有相互匹配的凹槽结构(T形或Y形)和凸起结构,凹凸结构提高整体结构的结合牢度。本发明的外模板,结构设计合理,保温性能好,成本低廉,强度/刚度/耐久性好,方便后期施工,能实现与建筑同寿命。
