The invention relates to a material distribution device for rammed earth wall construction and a using method thereof.The device comprises a roller, a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel and a feeding plate, the roller comprises a shell and a cylindrical stock bin arranged in the shell, and the shell can rotate relative to the stock bin; the stock bin comprises a center shaft and a plurality of partition plates which are arranged outwards in a diverging mode with the center shaft as the starting point, the space between every two adjacent partition plates is a bin chamber, the side, away from the center shaft, of each bin chamber is an arc side, each arc side comprises a fixing plate and a bin door, one end of each fixing plate is fixedly connected with the corresponding partition plate on one side, and the other end of each fixing plate is hinged to the corresponding bin door. The other end of the bin door can make contact with the partition plate on the other side. The first belt wheel is connected with the shell; the second belt wheel is connected with the stock bin; a feeding port is formed in the shell, and an obliquely-arranged feeding plate is arranged below the feeding port. The multiple bins can be used for storing materials such as sand, stone and soil correspondingly, feeding and distributing are convenient and fast, and rammed earth wall construction with various wall face effects can be met.
