When a release button on the manual release device is pressed down, the release button can pull a first wire core to pull a spring bolt part in the locking device into a spring bolt shell, namely, the spring bolt part protruding out of the supporting column retracts into the supporting column, in addition, when the connecting rod needs to be unfolded, the connecting rod can be separated from a column body of the supporting column, and therefore the connecting rod can be unfolded. The connecting rod can pull the spring bolt part through the second wire core, then the spring bolt part retracts into the locking device, through the two modes, no blocking component exists on the periphery of the supporting column, then the supporting column can move normally, and the locking device has the automatic retraction function and the manual retraction function and is convenient to use.
