The invention provides a movable step ladder which comprises a ladder assembly, a plurality of steps are arranged on the ladder assembly, the ladder assembly comprises a horizontal rod and a vertical rod which are arranged at an angle of 90 degrees, a directional pulley is arranged at the position, close to the bottom end, of the vertical rod, and the pulley and the horizontal rod are located on the same plane; the ladder comprises a pedal connected with the vertical rod, the pedal and the horizontal rod are arranged in parallel, and the bottom of the pedal is connected with the horizontal rod through a pedal frame. Compared with other devices of the same type, the device is simpler and more convenient in structure, more labor-saving in movement and convenient to mount and use; and secondly, due to the fact that the structure is simple, assembly and maintenance are more convenient, and the device is particularly suitable for application scenes on ships.
