Clean shed
The invention provides a clean shed, which has the characteristics of unidirectional laminar flow and uniform circulating air flow, can be suitable for ISO (International Standardization Organization) 3-4 levels and even higher cleanliness, and is beneficial to improving the yield and reducing the cost. The high-cleanliness clean shed according to the present invention is provided with: (A) a blow-out structure for achieving a high-cleanliness environment; (B) a double-wall structure for forming a uniform circulation path on the side wall of the greenhouse; (C) a rectifying structure for reducing turbulence, retention and dust raising of airflow generated by various devices; and (D) a local suction mechanism, which is designed by (E) numerical fluid dynamics (CFD) taking into account the actual conditions.
