The invention discloses a manufacturing method, a hinge mounting piece, a hinge assembly and a vehicle. The manufacturing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for manufacturing the hinge mounting part. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a to-be-machined part is provided, the to-be-machined part comprises a base plate and two lap joint plates connected with the base plate, and a mounting hole penetrating through the base plate is formed in the base plate; bending the edge part of the substrate towards the first direction along the length direction of the substrate to form a side plate; the lap joint plate is bent in the second direction in the length direction of the base plate, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction; the middle portion of the base plate is bent in the length direction of the base plate so that the two lap joint plates can be attached, and an opening is defined by the middle portion of the base plate and the lap joint plates. In this way, the hinge installation piece with the middle opening structure is formed through ingenious splitting and self-connection, and it is avoided that too much space is occupied; and repeated blanking is not needed, so that the labor cost for processing the burrs is saved. And the utilization rate of raw materials can be increased, and the tool development cost is reduced.
