Prefabricated concrete of cement-alkali activated aluminosilicate gel system and preparation method
The invention relates to precast concrete of a cement-alkali activated aluminosilicate gel system and a preparation method of the precast concrete. The precast concrete meets performance requirements and can reduce CO2 emission. The concrete comprises the following components (kg/m < 3 >): 80-120 parts of cement; 240 to 280 parts of mineral powder; 60-80 parts of fly ash; 900 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate; 550 to 650 parts of fine aggregate; 160 to 180 parts of water; 3 to 4 parts of NaOH; 10 to 12 parts of Na2SiO3; 0.05 to 0.1 part of phosphoric acid; and 8-12 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, adding the cement, the mineral powder and the fly ash into a stirrer, and stirring for 20-30 seconds; 2, adding the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate, and stirring for 20-30 seconds; 3, mixing the NaOH solid, the Na2SiO3 solution, phosphoric acid and the water reducing agent into water, and stirring for 5-10 seconds; and 4, pouring the mixed liquid into a stirrer, and stirring for 3-5 minutes.
本发明涉及一种水泥‑碱活化铝硅酸盐胶凝体系的预制混凝土及其制备方法,用于提供满足性能要求且能降低CO2排放的预制混凝土。该混凝土各成分单方用量配比(kg/m3):水泥80~120;矿粉240~280;粉煤灰60~80;粗骨料900~1100;细骨料550~650;水160~180;NaOH 3~4;Na2SiO310~12;磷酸0.05~0.1;减水剂8~12。该制备方法,一、在搅拌机中加入水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰,搅拌20~30秒;二、加入粗骨料和细骨料,搅拌20~30秒;三、将NaOH固体,Na2SiO3溶液,磷酸和减水剂掺入水中,并搅拌5~10秒;四、将混合后的液体倒入搅拌机,搅拌3~5分钟。
