The invention discloses a method for preparing a low-cost high-performance ceramic impeller by utilizing cordierite honeycomb ceramic waste. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating cordierite waste clear and waste mud blanks; adding the raw materials according to the dosage ratio in the formula, and mixing and ball-milling for 8-20 hours; vacuumizing and exhausting the mixed raw material slurry, providing a pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa through an air compression device, feeding the slurry into a high-strength gypsum or high-molecular resin model, and maintaining the pressure for 3-4 hours to obtain a ceramic impeller mud blank; and drying and dehydrating the mud blank, and sintering at the normal pressure of 1250-1330 DEG C for 3-10 hours to obtain the low-temperature normal-pressure sintered silicon carbide composite cordierite ceramic impeller fire-clearing blank. According to the invention, cordierite honeycomb ceramic waste is introduced into the formula of the ceramic impeller as a raw material, so that the preparation cost of the product is effectively reduced, and the temperature difference sudden change resistance of the product can be effectively improved while recycling and harmless utilization of cordierite honeycomb ceramic solid waste are realized.
本发明公开了一种利用堇青石质蜂窝陶瓷废料制备低成本高性能陶瓷叶轮的方法,包括:对堇青石废清、废泥坯进行预处理;按配方中用量比例添加原料进行混合球磨8‑20h;将混合原料浆料先抽真空排气后,再通过空压装置提供0.2‑0.4MPa压力,送浆进入高强石膏或高分子树脂模型,并保压3‑4h,得到陶瓷叶轮泥坯;泥坯经干燥脱水后,按常压1250‑1330℃烧3‑10h,即可得到低温常压烧结碳化硅复合堇青石陶瓷叶轮清火毛坯。本发明通过在陶瓷叶轮配方中引入堇青石质蜂窝陶瓷废料作为原料,有效降低产品的制备成本,并在实现堇青石质蜂窝陶瓷固废资源化、无害化利用的同时,能有效提高产品的耐温差急变性。
