The invention provides a porous ceramic atomization core and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S10, preparing a porous ceramic body and a heating net; s20, the heating net is placed in an aqueous solution binder to be soaked for a period of time, and the aqueous solution binder is attached to the surface of the heating net; the surface of the porous ceramic body is coated with a high-temperature binder, the heating net is attached to the surface, coated with the high-temperature binder, of the porous ceramic body, and then standing is conducted for a period of time, so that the heating net is bonded to the surface of the porous ceramic body; and S30, the porous ceramic body bonded with the heating net is subjected to dehydration treatment and drying treatment, and after the aqueous solution binder and the high-temperature binder on the heating net and the porous ceramic body are cured, the porous ceramic atomization core is obtained.
