The lowermost layer is a plain soil base layer; from bottom to top, the plastic runway structure sequentially comprises a runway base layer and a prefabricated environment-friendly plastic layer, wherein the runway base layer comprises a waterproof concrete layer and a fine grain type modified asphalt concrete layer; the lawn structure sequentially comprises a lawn base layer provided with permeation drainage pipes and an artificial lawn layer. The construction method of the plastic runway comprises the following steps: paving the plain soil base layer, paving the runway base layer and the waterproof concrete layer and the fine-grained modified asphalt concrete layer of the runway base layer, and paving the prefabricated environment-friendly plastic layer; the construction method of the lawn comprises the steps of laying the plain soil base layer, laying the lawn base layer provided with the permeation drainage pipes, and laying the artificial lawn layer. The permeable construction environment-friendly adhesive is used instead of asphalt, so that human health is protected; the waterproof concrete layer isolates downward erosion of water, and the runway is prevented from sinking to affect use.
