The invention belongs to a swivel support, and particularly relates to a swivel support with an exhaust function and a mounting method of the swivel support. The swivel support with the exhaust function comprises an upper ball pendulum and a lower ball pendulum which are longitudinally stacked, wherein the inner side adjacent positions of the upper ball pendulum and the lower ball pendulum are rotationally assembled through a spherical sliding plate, and anchoring components which can be connected with adjacent beam bodies or lower bearing platforms in a matched mode are arranged on the outer sides of the upper ball pendulum and the lower ball pendulum. One end of the exhaust channel is opened on the outer side surface of the lower ball pendulum, and the other end of the exhaust channel is communicated with the outside through the inner side or the periphery of the lower ball pendulum. The problem that in the prior art, when the area of bubbles existing in the portion adjacent to concrete is large, gas is not prone to being effectively exhausted is solved. The rotating device has the advantages that bubbles are not easy to generate and remain, the generated bubbles are easy to discharge, the support is effectively prevented from disengaging, and the rotating process is safe and reliable.
