The pulley controls two ends of the waterproof lifting structure to lift synchronously; and the control module and the remote control module are used for controlling the motor and the air cylinder. According to the scheme, on the basis of lifting of the flexible waterproof cloth, the sealed waterproof cloth is automatically lifted, and under the condition that the water accumulation amount is too large, rapid response of garage waterproofing can be achieved, safety is high, and stability is high.
