According to the device, the water injection pipe is arranged to be a hose and is long enough to move along with the spray head, the spray head can ascend and descend along with the movable block under rotation of the screw rod and can also rotate along with forward rotation and reverse rotation of the whole first machine box, and then impurities adhering to the inner wall of the pump station can be removed.
