The invention discloses a combined structure of a cold-formed steel-ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) plate composite floor system and a concrete beam, which is characterized in that connecting pieces of the combined structure are shaped like a Chinese character'bu 'or channel steel connecting pieces, are arranged at two end parts of cold-formed steel and are used for erecting the cold-formed steel on the concrete beam; the U-shaped connecting piece comprises a rectangular steel plate strip and an obliquely-arranged prismatic steel plate strip, the top of one end of the rectangular steel plate strip is attached to the upper flange of the cold-formed steel, and the other end of the rectangular steel plate strip extends outwards. The tops of the prismatic steel plate strips are connected with the bottoms of the rectangular steel plate strips, and the side walls are attached to webs of the cold-formed steel. One end of a web of the channel steel connecting piece is attached to a web of the cold-formed steel, and the other end extends outwards. The cold-formed steel-concrete composite structure can be prefabricated in a factory and assembled on site, is reliable in connection, clear in force transfer path and high in construction speed, fully plays the advantages of cold-formed steel and concrete materials, expands the application range of the cold-formed steel structure, makes the cold-formed steel-concrete composite structure possible, and is suitable for high-rise buildings.
本发明公开了一种冷成型钢‑ALC板组合楼盖与混凝土梁的组合结构,其连接件为卜形连接件或槽钢连接件,设于冷成型钢的两端部,用于将冷成型钢架设于混凝土梁上;卜形连接件包括矩形钢板条和倾斜设置的棱形钢板条,矩形钢板条的一端顶部贴合冷成型钢的上翼缘,另一端向外延伸;棱形钢板条的顶部与矩形钢板条的底部相接,侧壁贴合冷成型钢的腹板;槽钢连接件的腹板一端贴合冷成型钢的腹板,另一端向外延伸。本发明可工厂预制,现场拼装,连接可靠,传力路径明确,施工速度快,充分发挥冷成型钢和混凝土材料的优势,扩展冷成型钢结构的应用范围,使得冷成型钢‑混凝土组合结构成为可能,适用于高层建筑。
