When the modified nano titanium dioxide is added and ultrasonic treatment is carried out, the modified nano titanium dioxide is combined and deposited on the surface of the porous gully brick, the edge of the gully is coated with a fat-soluble substance, and then methoxytrimethylsilane is deposited to form a hydrophobic surface; and dissolving fat-soluble substances on the edges of the gullies, and depositing tetraethoxysilane on the edges of the gullies by using ultrasonic interference to form hydrophilic tips, thereby obtaining the anti-slip water permeable brick.
