The invention discloses low-shrinkage high-strength self-compacting concrete and a processing technology thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and the low-shrinkage high-strength self-compacting concrete comprises cement, water, a quick-setting early strength agent, aggregate and a supplement. The low-shrinkage high-strength self-compaction performance of the concrete can be effectively improved; the cement, the water, the quick-setting early strength agent and the aggregate in the formula are matched with one another, so that the basic performance of the concrete is ensured; the polypropylene/polyvinyl alcohol composite fiber can be prepared, and the toughness, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the composite fiber are enhanced; therefore, the compressive strength, the crack resistance and the compactness of the concrete are enhanced; the nano titanium dioxide is compounded into the composite fiber, so that the self performance of the composite fiber can be effectively enhanced, and the action performance of the composite fiber on the concrete is further improved; meanwhile, after the nano titanium dioxide is doped into the concrete, the formation of gel in the concrete is promoted, and the compactness of the whole structure is improved, so that the mechanical property of the concrete composite material is improved.
