The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and relates to a preparation method of a mullite fiber reinforced corundum-spinel prefabricated part for high-temperature smelting. The invention relates to a preparation method of a mullite fiber reinforced corundum-spinel prefabricated part. The prefabricated part is prepared from the following raw materials: corundum, spinel, magnesia fine powder and alumina micro powder. A dispersing agent, water and mullite fibers are additionally added to the prefabricated part; wherein the adding amount of the mullite fibers is 0.05-0.5% of the total mass of the raw materials; premixing all the fine powder, the micro powder, the binding agent, the dispersing agent and the fibers, dry-mixing with the granules, adding water at one time, wet-mixing, casting, molding and curing; and finally baking to obtain the prefabricated part. By adding mullite fibers into a corundum-spinel system, a fixed-position liquid phase structure can be formed at a high temperature, so that the destructive effect of thermal stress formed at the high temperature can be improved and buffered, and the thermal shock resistance of the material is improved; and the consistency of the spinel expansion effect can be promoted.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,涉及一种高温冶炼用莫来石纤维增强刚玉‑尖晶石质预制件的制备方法。一种莫来石纤维增强刚玉‑尖晶石质预制件的制备方法,预制件的原料包括刚玉、尖晶石、镁砂细粉和氧化铝微粉;预制件还外加有分散剂、水和莫来石纤维;其中莫来石纤维的加入量为原料总质量的0.05‑0.5%;将所有细粉、微粉、结合剂、分散剂、纤维进行预混,之后和颗粒料干混,之后一次性加水湿混浇注成型、养护;最后烘烤制得预制件。本发明通过在刚玉‑尖晶石体系中添加具有莫来石纤维,高温下可形成的“位置固定”的液相结构,不仅可改善缓冲高温下形成热应力的破坏作用,改善材料的抗热震性能;且有助于促进尖晶石化膨胀效应的一致性。
