Boron-containing double-bond polysilane and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses liquid boron-containing double-bond polysilane and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, trihalosilane and 1, 3-dihalopropylene are taken as mixed monomers, acetonitrile is taken as a solvent, lithium perchlorate is taken as an electrolyte, a magnesium metal material is taken as an electrode, and sodium cyanoborohydride is added for a reduction reaction in a direct-current electric field with commutation in a set period after a set electrifying amount is reached, so that the liquid boron-containing double-bond polysilane is obtained. The acetonitrile solvent can greatly improve the reaction current and increase the reaction efficiency, and meanwhile, boron atoms and double bonds are introduced to polysilane, so that the method has large-scale production potential. The boron-containing double-bond polysilane synthesized by the method has high ceramization yield and can be used for preparing boron-containing silicon carbide ceramics.
本发明公开了一种液态含硼双键聚硅烷及其制备方法。该方法以三卤硅烷和1,3‑二卤丙烯为混合单体,乙腈为溶剂,以高氯酸锂为电解质,采用金属镁材料作为电极,在设定周期换向的直流电场下,达到设定通电量后,加入氰基硼氢化钠进行还原反应,得到液态含硼双键聚硅烷。乙腈溶剂可大幅提高反应电流,增加反应效率,同时引入硼原子和双键到聚硅烷上,具有大规模生产潜力。该方法合成的含硼双键聚硅烷有较高的陶瓷化产率,可用于制备含硼碳化硅陶瓷。
