The ecological plates are formed by mixing straw, wood chips, crushed brick-concrete gravel and a curing agent, the volume ratio of the straw to the wood chips to the crushed brick-concrete gravel to the curing agent is (3-5): (1-2): (1-2): (2-4), the distance between every two ecological plates is 0.5-1.5 cm, and the construction method comprises the steps that laying is conducted from top to bottom in sequence, grass seeds are sown through a sowing machine, planting sand of 0.8-1.2 cm is covered after sowing, and watering maintenance is conducted.
