The medial strip closed conduit is provided with an upper channel body extending to the two sides of the first green belt and the two sides of the second green belt, and a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the upper channel body. The rainwater garden type medial strip drainage structure and the construction method solve the problem that the space for pipe network expansion, improvement and reconstruction of an existing municipal road is insufficient.
