The invention provides multifunctional asphalt pavement crack pouring equipment which comprises a belt wheel frame, a pushing handle is welded to the right side of the upper portion of the belt wheel frame, an asphalt mastic storage box is fixed to the upper portion of the belt wheel frame through bolts, and a connecting hose is arranged on the lower portion of the asphalt mastic storage box. A self-adaptive crack pouring head assembly and a crack cleaning frame assembly are fixed to the lower portion of the belt wheel frame, and an arc-shaped baffle assembly is arranged on the right side of the crack cleaning frame assembly; and a small air compressor is fixed on the left side of the upper part of the wheel frame through a bolt. The asphalt mastic discharging device has the beneficial effects that through the arrangement of the U-shaped fixing base, the discharging pipe, the U-shaped limiting rod and the gap probe, the discharging pipe can move along bending of a gap through guiding of the gap probe, and a large amount of asphalt mastic is prevented from flowing out of the gap.
本发明提供一种多功能沥青路面裂缝灌注设备，包括带轮车架，所述的带轮车架的上部右侧焊接有推动把手，带轮车架的上部螺栓固定有沥青胶储存箱，并且沥青胶储存箱的下部设置有连接软管，其特征在于，所述的带轮车架的下部分别固定有自适应灌缝头组件和缝隙清理架组件，并且缝隙清理架组件的右侧设置有弧形挡板组件；所述的带轮车架的上部左侧螺栓固定有小型空压机。本发明的有益效果为：通过U型固定座、出料管、U型限位杆和缝隙探针的设置，有利于通过缝隙探针的导向，使出料管沿缝隙的弯曲而移动，防止大量沥青胶流入裂缝以外。
