The pipeline excavation construction method comprises the following steps of positioning and paying off, accurately measuring and paying off a pipeline center line, driving timber piles for marking, leading out a steel sheet pile driving side line from each side of the pipeline center line according to drawing requirements, spraying a lime line as a steel sheet pile driving positioning line, and leading out the positioning line at the two ends by using the timber piles; inserting and driving the steel sheet piles, accurately measuring and setting the position of the first steel sheet pile, clamping the steel sheet piles by adopting a pile driver, completing pile insertion in a vertical state, and inserting and driving the steel sheet piles; a steel sheet pile supporting assembly is arranged between the steel sheet piles on the two sides of the center line of the pipeline for fixed supporting; excavation is carried out, surface soil cleaning is carried out before excavation, and trench excavation is carried out by adopting an excavator from top to bottom horizontally in a segmented and layered mode; by the adoption of the pipeline excavation construction method, the side slope of the foundation pit is blocked through the steel sheet piles, destructive displacement of the side slope can be prevented, and safety of the surrounding environment and normal construction are guaranteed.
