Construction method for firstly fixing plastic drainage plate on underground structural surface and then pouring concrete
The invention discloses a construction method of firstly fixing a plastic drainage plate on an underground structure surface and then pouring concrete, and relates to water prevention, drainage and moisture insulation of an underground structure bottom plate. A construction method for preventing a concrete surface layer from cracking comprises the steps that a plastic drainage plate is fully laid on the bottom plate surface of an underground structure, then 60-200-thick concrete is poured, due to the fact that the drainage plate and the bottom plate surface are virtually laid, arching or disengagement can be formed under the impact force of construction walking or concrete pumping, the concrete surface layer poured on the drainage plate later cracks, and the concrete surface layer is prevented from cracking. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, coating and dispensing glue on a bottom plate surface of a structure, or after paving a plate, driving a steel nail at a hasp part for fixing; and impact drilling is performed on the hasp part, and the hasp part is fixed by the expansion pipe, so that the pouring and tamping thickness of the concrete surface layer can be effectively controlled, the engineering quality is improved, the concrete is not influenced by deformation of the drainage plate during forming, and cracks are avoided.
先将塑料排水板固定地下结构面再浇砼的施工方法,涉及地下结构底板的防水、排水、隔潮;防止砼面层开裂的施工方法,在地下结构底板面上满铺一道塑料排水板,再浇60~200厚砼,由于排水板与底板面是虚铺,在施工走动或泵送砼的冲击力作用下,会形成起拱或脱开,使后浇在排水板上的砼面层产生裂缝,本发明首先在结构底板面上涂点胶,或者在铺板以后,在搭扣部位打钢钉固定;以及在搭扣部位冲击钻孔,用膨胀管固定,可以有效控制砼面层的浇捣厚度,提高工程质量,砼成型时不受排水板变形的影响,不会产生裂缝等许多优点。
