The invention discloses an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) externally-hung panel anti-seepage structure in a steel frame structure, which comprises ALC externally-hung panels, and waterproof mortar, structural adhesive and caulking agent are sequentially filled in a splicing seam between two adjacent ALC externally-hung panels in the transverse direction from inside to outside; in the vertical direction, a splicing seam between every two adjacent ALC cladding panels is sequentially filled with PU foam cotton or rock wool, a PE rod, structural adhesive and a caulking agent from inside to outside; a tongue-and-groove part and a convex block part which are matched with each other are respectively arranged on two side walls of each ALC cladding panel, and the convex block part of one ALC cladding panel is inserted into the tongue-and-groove part of the other ALC cladding panel between two adjacent ALC cladding panels in the transverse direction; the three anti-leakage sealing structures are not pure rigid waterproof sealing structures, so that multiple sealing effects are achieved, pores are not prone to being generated due to deformation, and the anti-leakage structure has the advantages of being good in sealing effect and small in leakage risk.
