The invention provides a waste gas and waste liquid waste heat boiler building method which comprises the following steps that firstly, waste heat boiler installing and welding are conducted, according to the center line and the elevation position of a flue inlet of a waste heat boiler, then the installing center line of an incineration boiler and the flue gas outlet elevation are positioned, and after the two boilers are all installed and welded, a connecting flue between the two boilers is assembled; the boiler four-return-stroke water cooling system is installed on a bearing piece, the inner return stroke side penetrates into a hearth to be installed and welded, a smoke circulation S-shaped channel is formed, the relative positions of a downcomer and an upper header backflow pipe are adjusted to be temporarily fixed through profile steel, a boiler barrel is hoisted and installed to the installation center elevation, and the boiler barrel is installed and welded with the downcomer and the backflow pipe in sequence. According to the waste gas and waste liquid incineration waste heat boiler, the waste gas and waste liquid is subjected to incineration treatment and up-to-standard emission, high-temperature flue gas waste heat is utilized, environmental pollution is relieved, and meanwhile waste heat utilization saves energy; the construction efficiency can be improved, the construction quality is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供了废气废液余热锅炉建造方法,包括以下步骤:先进行余热锅炉组焊,根据余热锅炉烟道进口中心线、标高位置,然后定位焚烧锅炉安装中心线及烟气出口标高,待两锅炉全部组焊完成后,装配之间的连接烟道;锅炉四回程水冷系统安装在承载件上,内回程侧穿进炉膛内组焊,形成烟气流通S型通道,调整下降管、上部集箱回流管相对位置采用型钢临时固定,吊装安装锅筒至安装中心标高,先与下降管、后与回流管组焊。通过本发明的废气废液焚烧余热锅炉焚烧处理达标排放、高温烟气余热利用,减轻环境污染,同时余热利用节能;能够提升施工效率、提高施工质量,缩短施工周期。
