The invention relates to a preparation method of an archaized brick with multi-layer gloss and three-dimensional texture effect, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body, namely preparing powder, distributing, pressing and drying to obtain a planar green body; (2) applying engobe, namely applying engobe on the surface of the green body in a glaze spraying/pouring manner; (3) pattern decoration: performing multi-channel digital ink-jet printing decoration; (4) spraying digital glue, namely printing ceramic digital glue on the surface of engobe according to a designed pattern through an ink-jet printer; (5) applying dry granules, namely uniformly applying the dry granules on the surface of the green brick sprayed with the digital glue pattern through a dry granule distributor; (6) spraying transparent glaze, namely performing transparent glaze high-pressure spraying decoration on the green brick with the dry particles adhered on the surface; (7) feeding the archaized brick blanks subjected to all decoration steps into a roller kiln for firing to obtain archaized brick semi-finished products; and (8) sequentially adopting a carborundum elastic grinding block, a non-woven fabric fiber grinding block and a resin silicon carbide grinding brush to carry out three-dimensional flexible polishing and edging treatment on the archaized brick semi-finished product to obtain the multi-layer glossy archaized brick with the three-dimensional texture effect.
本发明涉及多层光泽立体质感效果仿古砖的制备方法，包括：⑴坯体制备，经制粉、布料、压制、烘干后得平面坯体；⑵施化妆土，用喷/淋釉方式在坯体表面施加化妆土；⑶图案装饰，进行多通道数码喷墨打印装饰；⑷喷数码胶水，通过喷墨打印机将陶瓷数码胶水按设计图案打印在化妆土表面；⑸布施干粒，通过干粒布料机将干粒均匀布施在喷有数码胶水图案的砖坯表面；⑹喷透明釉，对表面黏有干粒的砖坯进行透明釉高压喷施装饰；⑺将完成所有装饰步骤的仿古砖坯送入辊道窑烧制，得到仿古砖半成品；⑻依次采用金刚砂弹性磨块、无纺布纤维磨块和树脂碳化硅研磨刷对仿古砖半成品进行三维立体柔性抛磨，磨边处理后得到多层光泽立体质感效果仿古砖。
